INDICTMENT
THE ADOPTEES OF THE WORLD find that--
The power to seal, falsify and destroy birth records of individuals without their knowledge or consent was never given to the Federal government and it is contrary to both the letter and the spirit of the
Constitution for it to do so.
The Sealed Records System and its proponents have knowingly and intentionally combined, conspired, and agreed with one another and
with others unknown to commit an offense against all adoptees, that is, to lie. to withhold personal information and documents from, and violate the equal protection, right to privacy, and due process of
adoptees everywhere.
OBJECT OF THE CONSPIRACY
l. The object of the conspiracy was that the members of the conspiracy would seal, falsify and destroy the birth records of United States
adoptees without their knowledge and consent.
MANNER AND MEANS BY WHICH THE CONSPIRACY WAS CARRIED OUT
The defendants used the following means, among others, to effect the object of the conspiracy:
1. Spreading of misinformation and lies designed to stir up unreasonable fear and prejudice against adoptees.
2. It was part of the conspiracy that one or more of the defendants
would make up labels misidentifying adoptees who sought out their birth records, calling them dysfunctional, maladjusted, dangerous, and anti-adoption.
3. It was part of the conspiracy that Bill Pierce and the sealed records system taught others to lie and obstruct justice.
4. It was part of the conspiracy that well-funded adoption agencies and
their social workers charged adoptees hundreds of dollars simply to locate their individual adoption records; and that when and if said records were located, agencies and their social workers then refused
then to turn these records over to adoptees citing "the right to privacy."
5. It was part of the conspiracy that governmental bodies passed laws
and adoption agencies and social workers developed processes by which government documents and records regarding adoptees were defaced, amended, fabricated and forged, and then put forward as
authentic documents; while the original documents were sealed and locked away in government archives forever.
The states, by ignoring their constitutional charge are guilty of
participating with the sealed records system in making improper contracts and violating adopted citizens civil rights all without due process of law for adopted citizens.
