Subject: withdrawl of offer to link and removal of links to you

Dear Mr McBastard:

I find myself with a problem.

Although I am a private citizen, I am "connected" to Interpol, the United
Nations' "Sale of Children" project in Geneva, the International Adoption
Convention agency in the Hague, Congress, a dozen or more State
Legislatures and Attorney Generals and numerous other private and
governmental child recovery agencies.

One of the most important reasons I have those "connections," some of which
date back to 1963, is that under no conditions do I allow anyone, friendly,
enemy or otherwise, to control either my editorial content or source code.
In view of your ingransigent attitude towards my source code I will, of
course, remove the two links as soon as possible, probably within 48 to 72
hours. I am most concerned by your inclusion of internal "back" links,
which fuzzle up most Hispanic browsers. No, Mr McCarthy, Bill Gates does
not own South or Central America. He has the status of poison ivy at a
picnic in most of those countries, especially Brazil, where the government
expropriated all U.S. owned communications systems, including Internet and
WWW. I have to write source code that is compatible with IE, Netscape,
UNIX and a whole passel of South American browsers. Internal "Back" links
are just one problem.
Another big one is ISPs who store web pages on UNIX. That stuff is
case-sensitive and firewalls cross-jumps unless they are done exactly
right!

I suggest you look at your links. They do not cover South or Central
America. I could only find the Abuelas, no sign of Red Yamani or the
Drechos Humana adoption recovery site. Damsel Plumb and Shea Grimm are
major causes of a massive Argentina-based Hispanic Internet anti-adoption
movement that covers the entire Western Hemisphere, including the U.S. and
Canada, and much of Europe and Asia. Some openly accuse them of
anti-Hispanic and anti-Semetic racism. This is because of your links, not
reality. The biggest single contributor to lumping them in the "Collosus
of the North" catagory is lack of a link to Interpol Agentina. They don't
like that even slightly and Interpol ain't about to let you control their
source code any more than I am! They want us to link to them but are
prohibited by their governments from linking to any of us. They are far
too valuable for me not to go along with them.

Another contributor is your lack of links to the Spanish-Language Human
Rights pages, every one of which includes adoption recovery as a part of
their activity, but is not limited to that subject. Most are government
financed and supported, aimed at recovering children kidnaped in those
countries and sold into U.S. adoption.

Those are people who have lost relatives to murder, assault and children
kidnaped under U.S. State Department sponsorship (Peter Pfund). State/CIA
teach murder, kidnaping and adoption child stealing to other countries'
military personnel in School of the Americas. I must and will respect
their views over yours. This is doubly true in light of CUB's insistence on
recognition of the rights of birth parents to information about their
children. I fully support them.

I am sure that you will do very well without me, despite your divisive
effects on the anti-adoption movement. I am sure that I will do equally
well with the anti-adoption movement, which is doing completely away with
adoption at the source. It is financed and sponsored by the Catholic
Church, Rand Institute, CityBank, Samsung and other genuine powerhouses. I
am slightly concerned about the anti-CUB statement made on one of your
pages. Live and let live. You are entitled to disseminate your views, I
am entitled to push mine, Carangelo hers, etc.

Sorry about the inconvenience. It won't happen again. I'll run my links,
you run yours.

FYI, I do not link to Terry's start page because he sells too many other
kinds of material. That is why I use the full URL, taking the searcher
direct to that section instead of going through tons of what is, to
adoption oriented people, garbage. Check out hyperbooks.com and you'll see
what I mean.
