Mustard Nation's Capitol Building, erected at the close of the Mustard Wars, is known chiefly for it's unique 'Teacup Dome'. Designed to act as a 'whisper dome', this unusual feature enabled Mustard Nation legislative forces to overhear the strategic and tactical discussions of the opposing NCFA forces.

The Mustard Cartel is believed to have been formed in the United States during the administration of Richard M. (Mustard) Nixon. Nixon, in collusion with the unnamed monarch picture above, sought to gain control of the western hemisphere's mustard supply during the 1972 campaign. The plot was foiled by means of a clever ruse which lead the American public to believe that President Nixon had attempted to bug Democratic party headquarters.
