This list includes authors and distinguished members of the adoption community, as well as birthmothers, adoptees, and adoptive parents, who support adoptee rights. The ONLY thing they have in common is that they are MEMBERS OF BASTARD NATION, and are passionate about open records activism.

The list represents a wide spectrum of experiences and political views. You will find political liberals as well as conservatives. 

People here often come to the list with very strong personalities and opinions. So, be prepared to be engaged in debates, because that is all part of the special training activists need. 

Don't worry if you have little experience with political action, but do feel free to ask questions of the group. The primary reason for this list is to learn how to be better activists for the adoptee rights movement. We are here to learn from each other. 

People on this list also have a bawdy sense of humor, so be prepared to blush a bit while laughing.
